Vanderbilt has over 25 years of professional ministry experience from being on the core staff at a megachurch, starting and scaling a sports ministry to over 400 kids, and being the lead pastor of Vision Church for 9 years.

He has a Masters in Sports Medicine from Appalachian State University and has been a chaplain for a variety of companies including Chick-fil-a, ______, and QDS.

Matt and his wife Meg have 3 children, Emmaus, Elijah, and Elana and two daughter in laws, Hannah and Evan.

His family lives in Gastonia, NC and has a passion for loving God and loving others.
